Implementation
The journey from vision to successful implementation requires business and IT owners to define a clear strategy that serves as a framework for planning predictable outcomes. In the Implement phase, the project team focuses on building the solution as outlined in the solution design and scope. This includes coding, configuring, and customizing the system according to business requirements and the solution blueprint. It is the phase where the concept begins to transform into a functional product.

Deploy
During the Prepare & Deploy phase, the solution has been built and tested, with the project team gearing up for the final round of user acceptance testing (UAT) and training. All necessary customer approvals have been secured, information security reviews finalized, and the cutover plan defined, including go/no-go criteria. Go-live scenarios have been scheduled, the support model is ready, and the deployment runbook has been completed with clearly defined tasks, owners, durations, and dependencies.

Operate
In the Operate phase, the customer solution is live. The objective of this phase is to stabilize and shift focus towards functionality and enhancements planned for the next project phase. With effective Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and well-defined practices, the company ensures the solution remains operational and up to date with the latest application releases.

Ongoing Support
After the solution is live, we monitor the health of the solution, users' satisfaction, licensing and operation cost guidance to make sure your solution continues to fulfill your expectations. We also address environment maintenance tasks to maintain a healthy system. Continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) is one of the best and latest practices we use to enable delivering code changes more frequently and reliably.
